Made with our house-made double strength vanilla extract (known in the industry as Double Fold), using organic, fairtrade Madagascar vanilla beans.

Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Don’t waste that extra cereal milk at the bottom of your bowl, instead make it into ice cream!
Cinnamon cereal soaked in milk, strained & combined with cream becomes our ice cream base, with pieces of cinnamon coffee cake mixed in just after the ice cream is spun.

Fresh spearmint infused ice cream base, mixed with Girl Scout Thin Mints.

Hello My Name is…..Banana

Pure unadulterated banana. A little extra love goes into this one, as the ripe bananas soak for 24-hours in milk & cream before being mixed with more milk, cream and eggs to make the finished custard base.

Movie Night

Just like your popcorn bucket at the movies! Corn kernels are freshly popped in clarified butter, then steeped in warm milk & cream for a bit before being pureed and strained. Once the popcorn ice cream base is spun M&M’s are tossed in.

Coffee & Donuts

Our coffee ice cream base is made with freshly ground Naysayer coffee and mixed with old fashioned cake donuts. It tastes just like a donut dipped in coffee & cream!

Toasted Coconut

Organic toasted coconut custard base, made with milk, cream, sugar and eggs.

LONDON TeaTIME

Earl Grey Tea infused ice cream, mixed with shortbread cookie pieces.

Chocolate RASPBERRY TRUFFLE

Chocolate ice cream base made with Tcho chocolate, layered with house-made raspberry sauce and bittersweet chocolate chunks

Pistachio with candied pistachios

House-made pistachio milk is combined with cream to make our ice cream base. And to make it even better, crunchy bits of candied pistachios are folded in.

MEYER LEMON MERINGUE

Meyer Lemon custard base is mixed with candied lemon bits and meringue pieces.

Gianduja

Pronounced ‘jänˈdo͞oyə’, Some call this the “fancy chocolate” ice cream. Most often it is seen at Italian gelaterias….it is a custard base made with toasted hazelnuts and milk chocolate.

Fruity P

Our Fruity P cereal milk ice cream may bring you back to your childhood. Just simply milk infused with a cereal that rhymes with rebels and spun into creamy perfection.

Maple Walnut

Real Vermont maple syrup from Barred Woods is used to make our custard base and “wet” maple walnuts, which are mixed-in just after the ice cream is spun.
