Jen Ingellis has loved food and hospitality for as long as she can remember, from hosting friends as a teenager to building a career in the restaurant and wine industries. After moving from New England to the West Coast with her husband Michael, she spent years working in some of Napa Valley’s most beloved restaurants, including Mustards Grill and Cindy Pawlcyn’s restaurants. With food, wine, and entertaining deeply rooted in her DNA, Jen now channels that lifelong passion into creating something joyful, creative, and community-driven.

Raised on the Connecticut shoreline in a family steeped in Italian food traditions, Michael Ingellis found his calling in kitchens at an early age. His career has spanned restaurants, brewing (including time with Gordon Biersch), and hospitality management in San Francisco, Hawaii, and Napa Valley. A lifelong experimenter and student of food, Michael brings craftsmanship, curiosity, and a deep respect for ingredients to everything he creates.
